Using five ingredients or less, Cooking at College, is designed to help kids who want quick and easy, home-cooked meals. I am the proud mom of two college students, who are famous for saying, "what can I eat?" I am not a chef by trade, but do enjoy the art of cooking and knowing my family has enjoyed a healthy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
