Cream of Corn and Black Bean Soup

Perfect for when you are craving something warm. Couldn't be easier and more versatile, whether you are a meat-eater or vegetarian.

2 Cans Cream of Corn

1 Cup Frozen Corn Kernels or 1 Small Can, Drained

1 Can Black Beans, Drained (optional)

1 Tbsp. Worcestire Sauce

Dash of Adobo Seasoning

Dash of Sriacha (or to taste)

Tortilla Chips and Shredded Cheese for Serving (optional)

Add in: cooked chicken sausage, shredded chicken

Pour all into pot, heat to boiling, simmer several minutes.

To serve: Place tortilla chips at the bottom of your soup bowl, ladle in soup, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Enjoy!
