Fried Matzo


1. Break up 4 Squares of Thin Salted Matzo into smaller pieces.

2. Put matzo into a colander and soak with cold water -

3. Beat 3 large eggs in a bowl large enough to hold matzo and eggs -Mix together.

4. Spray skillet and heat up slightly -Throw in matzo mixture -Salt liberally -Mix around and cook through until done.

5. Salt and serve with Syrup
