Naan Bread Pizza

Naan Bread can be used for more than enjoying with Indian food. Think, bread, sauce, cheese. Any kinds. Be creative. I've made this with an Indian chutney spread, chicken, and cheese. Or as a Margherita pizza, pictured here.


Use frozen or fresh garlic or plain naan bread -Brush or drizzle with olive oil -Sprinkle with garlic powder -Put on toppings—diced veggies (peppers, onions, olives) -Sprinkle with shredded cheese (mixed colby, parmesean, or both) -Bake about 10 minutes/until heated through and melted -For a different taste—buy some prepared pesto (in the tomato sauce aisle) and use instead of olive oil—yum!
