"So Easy" Stir Fry (Meat or Meatless)

Who doesn't love Chinese food? Now you can make it in minutes, in the comfort of your own kitchen, while saving money on take-out! Recipe below is for Chicken, but Tofu works just as well if not better!

1 Package of Shredded or Chopped Veggies

1 Chicken Breast

2-3 Tbsp. Trader Joe's Sweet Chili Sauce

Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

Sriacha Sauce, or Red Pepper Flakes, to taste

Chopped or minced garlic (buy already prepared for when you are in a hurry)

Salt, Pepper, to taste

If cooking with chicken, cut up chicken and saute in sesame oil, remove from pan.

Add a tbsp of sesame oil to pan and throw in package of veggies. Season with salt and pepper while stir frying.

After 2-3 minutes, add in Trade Joe's Sauce and Soy Sauce, mix up well.

Add a sprinkling of red pepper flakes and a dash of Sriacha to spice things up, if desired.
