Sauteed Chicken w/Veggies & Parmesan Cheese

Prep Time: less than :5 minutes

Cook Time: Approximately :5 minutes


Cut up/dice up leftover chicken breast(s) (or you can buy Rotisserie/prepared chicken from the store, too)

Drizzle Olive Oil into fry plan (about 1 tbsp’ish)

Cook on Medium

Throw chicken in pan

Throw in veggies (bagged is easiest…try “Green and Red Cabbage with Carrots” shown below)

Sprinkle Creole Seasoning over mixture

Sautee for 3-4 minutes, heating up

Top with Parmesan Cheese and continue to saute until melted and heated through
