Like a great sandwich, sometimes you just crave a good 'ol turkey burger. Mayo is the secret ingredient that keeps these moist.
1 16 oz. Package of Lean Ground Turkey
1-2 Tbsp grated or minced white onion
3/4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 Tsp (or two small squeezes) of Ginger paste
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise (I use the light version)
1 Tbsp Sriracha
Few shakes of salt and pepper
Cheese (Smoked Gouda, Cheddar, Brie...pick your favorite)
Lettuce or Spinach
Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties (about 6 nice size burgers).
I chose to pan fry these in just a tiny bit of olive oil. Cook approximately 5 minutes each side. Add cheese the last minute, if desired. Voila!
