This turkey rivals any Thanksgiving Day turkey, roasting for hours. Although a roasted turkey looks prettier, these babies are moist and delicious!
2 Tenderloins -- if you have a big crockpot. If you have a small crockpot, cut up one in half.
Balsamic Vinegar (splash)
Smoked Spanish Salt
McCormick's Steak Seasoning
3/4 Cup Chicken Broth
Rub olive oil over tenderloins, sprinkle all ingredients (putting some on one side, and the others on the flip slide of the turkey). Seal in plastic bag and let marinade for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray
Cover with about 3/4 cup of Chicken Broth
Cook on low five hours (make before you leave for school, and come home to dinner!)
